We want you to be fully satisfied with any and every order placed with us. All of our products are handmade and individually quality checked but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.
To return items to us, please send them back to us with a note stating your name, contact details and order number to the following address: Weaving Hope, 13 Greenfield, Stourbridge, DY8 1SX. All refunds can only be made to the card you used to purchase your goods. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number in case of any issues with your refund. We strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting when returning items.
To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached.
We are a small company operating very low margins to ensure that we reinvest the maximum amount in our fair trade suppliers. Due to these circumstances we are unable to offer to refund your postage costs unless the items you are returning are faulty.
